Richmond & Towers has bolstered its senior team with two
internal promotions.
Nicole Kennedy and James Brown, who both joined R&T as
graduates, are promoted to Associate Director roles within the agency’s
fast-growing food and drink team, and following a series of high-profile new
business wins including Estrella Damm lager, Westons Cider and Pukka pies.
Kennedy, who has been risen through the ranks and played an integral role in supporting the growth of the agency’s remit with plant-based food leader Alpro over the last 9 years, is promoted to Associate Director, Food, and will help the agency’s new business drive, as well as helping to nurture the agency’s young talent.
Brown, meanwhile, will fulfil the same role across the
agency’s impressive drinks roster, as well as continuing to lead R&T’s
long-standing relationship with Pernod Ricard.
Both will report into Food & Drink Director Simon
Mowbray and MD Nikki Thomson, at the same time as developing new opportunities
with R&T business development director Anouska Leon.
Mowbray explains: “These well-deserved promotions are in
recognition of the significant contribution that both Nicole and James have
played in the continued success of R&T, and signal a natural evolution of
their roles and of our agency as a whole.
“Both Nicole and James joined Richmond & Towers as
graduates and it has been wonderful to witness their development over the
years, as well as demonstrating how they live and breathe our vision and
values.
“Naturally, we look forward to the next chapter of their
careers here at R&T!”
Thomson adds: “We pride ourselves on the longevity of both
our staff retention and client retention, so it is very pleasing to once again
be in a position to promote from within for two such pivotal roles within our
growing business.”
