Global skincare brand
Cetaphil, has appointed London lifestyle PR agency Richmond & Towers (R&T)
to handle its UK PR and social media following a competitive pitch.
Combining social media
strategy, content creation, influencer & media relationship building, and
consumer & influencer events, the agency will be tasked with increasing
awareness of the brand amongst its 16-34 year old audience.
The PR and social media
campaigns will position Cetaphil as the product for all those that care about
their skin, and not purely just sensitive skin users.

dermatologists, beauty industry insiders and celebrities the world over,
Cetaphil has developed a global cult following. Its range of products, which
includes skin cleansers and moisturisers, help all skin types to achieve
optimum condition by being better equipped to defend against moisture loss and
withstand external irritation.
Overseen by Deputy
Managing Director, Matt de Leon, the account will be handled by R&T’s
lifestyle division, with strategic input from the agency’s Head of Social,
Dylan Patel. The team will report into Alessandra Godio, Head of Marketing
Northern Europe for Nestle Skin Health (trading as Galderma (UK)).
