The Story

A major PR and marketing activity focus was giving the business a new identity to match its fresh vision for the future and ambitious growth plans. The result? A full company rebrand, as Quinn Radiators evolved into QRL Radiator Group.

After supporting the initial strategy development, we implemented the roll-out of the new QRL identity across all platforms: from coordinating a full media launch to copywriting for the company’s new-look website, brochures and internal newsletters. This was backed by a targeted b2b advertising campaign to introduce the brand’s new identity.

As well as overseeing a triumphant return to the trade press, another task for the team was to revamp Quinn Radiators’ existing Twitter stream, increasing reach and engagement amongst a niche heating and plumbing audience.

The team developed monthly Twitter content calendars with tailored b2b messaging (ensuring consistency with other channels), entered into real-time dialogue with a growing trade following and engineered targeted community management – all for a bigger, better social media impact.
